I didnt think the fancy turkey tasted so much better than a frozen turkey to justify spending more than double, but my youngest aunts husband thought it was much better. The baking powder experiment though was quite a success. Skin was crispy. Like deep-fried crispy. Left off the butter this year and dont think I need it in the future since the baking powder took care of the crispness. Just salt and baking powder is all you need!
