Oh, dear... Diet mavens say that its no great crime to have the occasional cheat day, so long as its a rare occasion and ones diet regimen is reinstated right away. Well, last night was definitely cheat night, as Barbara and I went to the Flaming Grill Buffet in Columbia. I mostly behaved myself and stuck to low-carb offerings (their baked salmon is wonderful), but ...well, one could say I behaved myself repeatedly, more times than was prudent. Oh, dear. ...and now I want to do it again. Verily I say unto thee, he who looketh upon a buffet to lust after it hath already committed gluttony with It in his heart.
