Oh dear, look what Ive gone and done. I didnt drink for 4 months of this year and now theyve shut The Hare, the finest and onliest pub in the village. I stopped shopping at Tesco because sainsburys is closer when i pick Sonya up from the station and theyve gone up the dollies. Now, there is a catastrophic computer bug thats going to crash the internet or something, its hosted by a system called Bash. Am i like a pooey King Midas? Am i the butterfly of chaos? Not a chance it would need wings the size of Wembley and pecs the size of Portsmouth! I can only speculate that I am the walking personification of my country, broke, boozy, bloated and pretty depressed. The northern half is vaguely embarrassed by the southern half, but needs its support to stay up, and theyve been through a lot of stuff together over the years.
