Oh how could anyone resist that big smile! Spice, a 10 month old baby, just exudes the excitement and confidence in what she hopes life will be for her. Found running the streets of Brooklyn, its hard to understand why nobody came for her. She is in good health other than that nasty “shelter cold” she caught after she got to Brooklyn ACC. Her behavioral assessment showed that she is what her face tells us. Spice is a big baby, excited at life, wanting to play, needing to learn when to stop playing. She rushed to meet the new dog coming into the room but not in an aggressive manner. Being young and excited and happy and pretty doesn’t count for much at ACC and they’ve got this sweetheart on tomorrow morning’s euthanasia list. Spice is ready to go to the next adventure in her life. She’s looking for someone who understands what a big goofy girl she is, who is willing to teach her how to be the good dog we know she is, and ready to accept all the love and doggie kisses she’ll give you for a long time in return. If you think you fit the bill, run to foster or adopt Spice. She only has tonight—make sure you’re there to celebrate her 1st birthday with her!
