Oh, my goodness - so much needed information here!! SHARE! SHARE! SHARE! - Was walking on the trail out by the Miami Shores golf course... lots of doggie pooh. Come on, people! Clean up after your dogs! (Not sure who is responsible for this, but there is a need for trash cans along this stretch - and maybe a waste bag dispenser. We carry newspaper sleeves with us.) - Have heard a lot of people ask who has the right of way on the bike-and-hike trails. Most people are courteous, but not always. The rule of thumb is, treat it like a road: Walk/ride on the right side; pass on the left. Pretend theres a dotted white line down the middle. And the short rule when it comes to speed? WHEELS YIELD TO HEELS.
