Oh my goodness what a productive day! Security system installed, cable company AND internet company both came today, and now the yard is being mowed by the landscaping crew! Whew! Getting unpacked and settled in. Im sorry if you have messaged me and I havent responded. I have kept myself as busy as possible bc today is a very hard day for me. Cayden would have been 9 years old today. I think a lot about all of the things I could have offered him in life. - just like with days like today, knowing he wouldnt have had to feel the financial struggle that most families with children face. It is hard to be upset when I realize all of the blessings in my life, ESP all of my kiddos that I spend time with each and every day, but even with numerous children they each hold their own spot in your heart, which is a spot Cayden will always have. I swear every year you think its gotta get easier, and it just doesnt. I know Ill never understand why, but I do understand that God calls angels in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes it isnt easy to accept.... However I know the sacrifices that were made for me - and therefore, Im ok with God using Cayden for amazing things! Whew! Ok, off of here to unpack some more before I become a total basket case.
