Oh my my - no one has more potential for godly influence on a child than that childs God-fearing mother. We as parents, are to take up the cause, to me take that cross that our parents bore, answer Gods call, muster up all the courage you can grasp, and set out to be the best, most faithful teacher of Gods Holy Word and Gods ways we can be to our precious children. As they grow before our very own eyes - be the encourager and set the example before them - that in due time you see right before you a godly parent as well!!!! Love is the highest blessing in an earthly home - and to me - the wife and mother is right dab in the middle of this love!! What is a godly mother? To me it is a mother who loves the Lord with all her heart, soul, mind and strength and then shares passionately, consistently, and unrelentingly teaches her offspring to do the same. NO ONE has more potential for godly influence on a child than that of the childs God-fearing mother. Oh how we must pray - each and every day and all along the way - for God to empower us to do so and to empower His Word in the soft soil of our dear little ones hearts!! I sat late last night talking to one of my own - not knowing what lies ahead - not understanding what all we are facing - even though we feel all alone at times - but this we do know we are not alone - that He is with us all the time!!! We may be facing a lot that we can not bare - but we are still trusting in God and we are believing in His ways!! That our miracle is in the making!!! Let us always be the shinning light for others to see Christ living within our hearts!!!!!!
