Oh well thats another Europeans completed , time to pack up and fly home,thanks Nicky for being understanding, and supporting me to fulfil my goals in life. The medals werent the colour I would have preferred but thats the game . Its true you learn so much more in defeat than winning . Got so much in my head I want to get back on the mat and improve the only way I found these things out was pressure testing them, for those of you thinking about competing remember the fear of something is usually worse than the reality . Thanks proff Braulio and proff Neil for the support and technical tips in my corner very appreciated . Thanks to my training partners Ben , em , Brian , Gonçalo and all the other lads at GB Bham for not snapping me in half lol in prep for the comp. last but not least prof Norbi Newak I wouldnt make these comps without your constant support . ( I have one or two questions for you lol ). See you all on the mat . 😄
