Oh what a day ! Decided from now on i was going to try to be nice to or help one person a day, oppertunity arose quicker than i expected, when walking back from dog walk, an old lady around the corner ftom me, was standing outside her house looking distressed. I said hello elizabeth are you alright, and she said oh no karen im not, im so pleased to see you, my phone and my personal help alarm are not working and i dont know what to do. I said give me a minute to take dogs home and i will come and see if i can help. Well about20 phone calls later and 2 and a half hours ! The best i could do was to get talk talk (her phone line provider ) to say they would come out wed and check the phone.. The alarm people wont come till the phones checked. Shes 91 and very unsteady on her legs. I think its bad the alarm people did not want to know cos if she falls shes stuck. But the worst was bloody talk talk !! My god i am never having them provide services for me !!!when you ring them you are ringing the phillipines, one of the most horrendous stressful phone calks i have ever made , 3 quaters of an hour for them to take down the details!! I had to take 2 paracetamol for my head when i got home !! I tried checking her phone and alarm which are both lit up, but now all i can do is keep looking in on her till wed !! Why is everything so difficult these days !!!! ?? Grrrrr
