Oh wise bureaucrats and elected officials...tell me this!!! If Allen and I own the land Gatorama sits on as individuals we can go to our county and pull a county sign permit...If we own the same land as an organization, a trust, a dba, an association, whatever, as Gatorama Inc. we must hire a contractor to go to the county to apply/ pull the sign permit. At the bank we would have to give something like articles of incorporation or something that proves we may act on its behalf. Its the same two people who own the land. Why does the county require a contractor--cant we have any common sense here?
