Oh, wow, I got a potentially really nasty virus on my machine. It first manifests with malware called SupaSavings. Apparently, it is an elaborate and complex malware enterprise including a host of equally hostile proprietary removal tools. Searching for them is asking for more disaster. Its made the more frustrating since they dont have actual installations. I am not sure how they got here, and that baffles me. Its like my computer was busy for the 6 weeks it was unplugged. I plug it back in, and suddenly I cant read a web page for all the marketing links... but no extensions, firefox plugins or anything else. Just processes that keep restarting when killed. If I chat or message anyone in the next while, it might not be me. Just saying.
