Ohhhhh before I forget! We stopped at a place just inside the New Mexico border - I think it was the Russell gas station or something along those lines to refuel and warm up. They had the most fabulous car museum inside!! It was great! Heres a couple of iPhone pix from inside. The gas station was nice, the bathrooms were clean and there was even a diner inside as well, all decked out in Rt. 66 theme. Its well worth a stop!
