Ok - verdict on the Grilled Stuffed Flank Steak.....YEAH!!! Its a winner too!!! Ill be honest, had to read through the directions a couple of times, but it turned out to be easy and SO yummy ( I think she tried to be very detailed in writing out the directions)! If you are interested in making them, just make sure to tie the twine about 1 or so apart and then cut in between the twine so that your pinwheels are about an 1 thick. Oh, and be sure to soak your skewers so you dont cook them. ;) They didnt take long at all on the grill. Very flavorful and moist! I ate one re-heated the other day and it was great too!
