Ok Brenda Eardley - How I fix the noodles - 6 eggs (I use 18 - 20 for reunion) break them into a medium bowl. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder. Beat together. Start adding flour until all begins to form ball together in bowl. Put flour on the counter or table, lay dough on flour add some to the top. begin to punch push and fold, until you can feel the dough get firm. Roll it out, roll it up and cut. As you unroll the noodles, put them back in the bowl. When all is ready and broth is boiling. Scatter the noodles in the broth. Cook until done. Tips- Dont season the noodles, season your broth -As you are putting the noodles in, you may have to put a spoon or paddle under the noodles and bounce down in the broth, so you can add more noodles. Otherwise they will stick together. Once all noodles are in the broth, lift and push, do not stir. (it will break them up) It takes practice, to know when to begin and roll them out. Good luck
