Ok! Confession time! I CHEATED last night. Not cheated, I CHEATED. I found out I have a problem with SOMETHING. My cheat was an all around cheat on everything, which was stupid because I dont know what it was that triggered the negative symptoms. But last night I had pizza and bread sticks. I got a lot of red bumps (like sores) on my tongue, upset stomach and (the worst) restless leg syndrome. Which is something I get every time I am pregnant and it is horrible. I have NEVER had it when I am not pregnant, so that was a huge red flag for me. So needless to say I am back on track today... more committed then last week. :/
