Ok DEAR Anchorage Yoginis This Friday 8:30-9:30pm the wonderful folks over at Anchorage Yoga are holding Hot Flow Illuminated practice with all the proceeds from the class going to THE CHILDRENS LUNCHBOX. Its part of their Yoga for Change Program. You get to work on your body, mind and soul AND help hungry kids at the same time. Heres a few more details - hope to see you there!!! Mays Yoga for Change class is a Hot Flow Illuminated practice. Dan will guide the warming sequences of sun salutations and warrior series and intelligently match them with restorative postures prior to savasana. Students will find the joy they seek as the sweat builds and the music plays while at the same time supporting our community in a positive way! Yoga for Change proceeds from this event will support Children’s Lunchbox, an organization providing children with healthy meals, when food is not always a guarantee at home. $10 suggested cash donation; pre-registration is encouraged at anchorageyoga.
