Ok, Darrian seems to have found a bug in the IC2 jar for FTB Unleashed. Luckily, with the help of ~ExWizard from fadehost, we have a solution to the problem. Download latest version of IC2 from 141.28.27.36:8080/job/IC2/921/artifact/packages/industrialcraft-2_1.117.921.jar and save it to your desktop. Launch the Feed the Beast Launcher and click "Edit Mod Pack". Locate the file "industrialcraft-2_1.116.364-lf" and click disable. Now click "Open Folder at the bottom and copy the recently downloaded file to that open window. Now launch FTB and you should be golden.
