Ok, FB peeps, I need advice. Gabs loves to read and will read almost anything. Im getting her the Anne of Green Gables boxed set of books for Christmas (assuming I win the bid on Ebay--fingers crossed). Zeke, however.....he really enjoys reading, IF we find a book he enjoys (same as John Holloway, actually). They are both just really picky about what they read. So Im looking for suggestions....what are some time proven books for boys around ten years old? He loves Star Wars, but I got him one type of book about Star Wars and it bored him to tears. Hes already read Tom Sawyer (and I think that was one he really enjoyed) and some of the other classics. He reads his Lego magazine that he gets monthly from the front to the back, every word of advertising and everything. So anyhow, any suggestions are welcome. I just dont know that much about little boy books. As much of a Tom Boy as I was in some ways, growing up.....I think I still ended up reading sort of girly books. And as much of a sensitive, gentle boy Zeke is, he still seems to like boyish books.
