Do you want to know how you can help two little girls with a rare Metabolic Genetic Disorder called CDG type 1a get to a conference in Texas that will give there parents skills, treatments and new research that will help treat them. This conference could bring hope to this family. If you get to know these two little girls youll know love and happiness like no other. They are two amazing little girls who have been through more then some people go through in there whole lives yet they keep moving forward. Well, Here are a few ways to Help. 1).
