Ok! Here is the rest of the story of our little rain storm saga. Car not working, using truck, get home to find the rain pouring into the bathroom over the toilet and splashing happily all over the carpet. Do you know that trying to use an umbrella on the toilet does not work.(just for information sake.) So I went into my closet and low and behold the rain is pouring out of the light fixtures! both of them. Trying not to burn the house down I shut it off and go find buckets to catch the pesky puddles. The new hole in the bathroom ceiling is pouring faster and getting bigger. Having to run downstairs to use toilet. (toilet paper 4 rolls worth now soaking wet on the toilet shelf.) Now down to 1 roll. Dragging out bath mats to go wash and plastic on the floor to catch pesky puddles.......Now the attic is all soaking wet, so now I get to haul everything out before it starts to get moldy and we get sick from it. Now that the insulation is wet it wont keep its R rating and is wet and useless, has to be hauled out also to let the drywall dry out, roof to slippery to work on it again,and we have more rain coming to help us out of our drought! I guess I have to get buckets up in the attic to catch the pesky rain drops who want to hide in my house. Shop called and said car was ready come and get it! The computer in it needed to be reset uh possibly....well driving Tim to the chiro it did the fun trick, and not work again.not fixed. So now have to take it back to dealer to replace the computer to the check engine light. I think Im getting to old for the 9 ring circus any more. Some parts of the story will be left unsaid for the sake of not grossing any one out. I will have to find a little block to put on the gas pedal of the truck, as my little legs are to short to reach it and I have a cramp in my thigh from trying to strech to reach it. So now we have the chemo appt on tuesday and wed next week, no it was a no go again. Doc said I had to much going wrong to deal with him being sick and cleaning out the attic so go home and come back next week. Nice doc!
