Ok I hear things like I want to get stronger legs but dont feel like jumping around like you as I say using more muscles burns more calories and makes you stronger faster, I used a fifteen pound weight like usual and sweat after the first minute cx well I dont always jump around I do a bunch of leg workouts. Heres one of them for your legs and shoulders that you can do when you are simply watching tv. Grab a light weight depending on your strength and hold your arms straight out, (with or without a weight.) separate your legs and squat so your legs are at a 90° angle and remember to keep your back straight.
