Ok, I just finally got the internet squared away at our house! It is important to always have a CAT5 cable on hand in case you need it! So now that I am on my laptop and can type 200 words a minute(just kidding) I would like to share a praise about yesterday and brag on our Lord and Saviour! The day started off with Melissa and I heading to Lewiston in separate vehicles to hopefully fix Bellas car or leave her the Durango if her car could not be fixed. First I stopped at Starbucks to get a delicious coffee as Melissa took our basset to PETCO to get her nails trimmed. As I was standing in line to order my drink I let a guy cut in front of me so he could talk to his friend instead of trying to talk through me. Well they thought that was a nice thing for me to do and they bought me a coffee! That is not the good part though! I gathered from listening to their conversation that they were pastors. So after receiving my free coffee I engaged them in conversation and in fact they were pastors, so I proceeded to tell them that I was a pastor also and had a very special prayer request for them to share with their church families. I told them all about my beautiful wife Melissa Widener and her ongoing battle with cancer. They then asked what I was doing in town that particular day. I let them know about Josh N Bellas car and that I was going to attempt to fix it. Melissa then showed up so I was able to introduce them to Melissa and they bought her a coffee as well! This is where the good part begins! They went on to tell me about a auto repair shop they utilize to flip junker cars and sell them and then use the profit from them to fund a half way house. They offered to fix Bellas car for us! Well it turned out that when I got it going for her on Saturday night that I had pretty much fixed it then, just didnt add enough fluid to the tranny. But their mechanic looked at it anyways and determined that since it was no longer leaking that it was indeed fixed and to just keep an eye on the fittings that were leaking. The pastor then said that if Bella had anymore problems that their church would pay up to $500.00 dollars in repairs if she needed to bring it back to the mechanic! God is so good, he ordered a divine appointment that day, glad I was able to recognize it and give him the Glory! Probably will never have to take them up on their offer, but it is the intent of their hearts that matters! Once again God is Good, and his Grace is manifold!
