Ok. I know its not a video of me but my human said Ive to share & Im ok with that. Whisper knows who rules the roost anyway! This is a long story so I hope you have time. Here he is chatting away. He has come along way in the last month. Second time out of the cage, by himself, yesterday. He flew into the window, he is alright though :( he was aiming for the perch I was on, he thinks Im awesome & he is right! He landed on the sill where he walked about for a bit. The human went over & very calmly kneeled down & put her hand out flat on the sill. He ran away for a few minutes then got on the humans hand & she put him on the perch beside me & he ran over to me, I dont like to be crowded so flew to my cage. My human often puts Whispers cage in the window as he loves to watch & shout at other birds. So she slowly put it in the window with me on top & Whisper flew on. Now he isnt too agile at walking on the cage like me but he has never done it in his life, which is almost two years! :/ all a learning curve for him and sure Im here to help. So we are both on the cage & as I said Whisper thinks Im the bees knees or feet as he keeps trying to bite mine! Im not cool with that so I fly off which frightens Whisper so he flies of & does a couple of laps of the room not really flying into anything this time :) My human puts out her arms like some kinda tree & he falls onto them where she can carefully place him on the open door to his cage. He jumps in & looks at the human appreciatively. Now he doesnt seem as scared of her. He seemed to really enjoy the freedom & exercise.
