Ok... I know this sounds weird to a lot of people but... Breakfast: Leftovers from last nights dinner Meatloaf mashed potatoes corn and broccoli = 400 calories Snack: 1oz almonds= 170 calories Lunch: whole grain sesame crackers and roasted garlic hummus = 200 calories Dinner: Healthy Choice frozen entree= 220 calories Dessert: 3/4 cup green grapes= 80 calories... Total for the day = 1200 calories. Ive had 2 bottles of water and gonna have 2 more since Im about to walk on the treadmill. Also another thing Im making sure of is to have all food eaten no later than 7 pm. Watching Biggest Loser Season Premiere too!!!
