Ok. I went to my mammography appointment. I was literally sweating driving there. For six years Ive picked up the phone & hung up. Its crazy I know but fear is fear. Some people hate heights, snakes, spiders, flying, rodents, etc. This was my thing. No it did not hurt! It was uncomfortable. It was awkward hugging a machine. It literally took just minutes. I was a little achy for a while but thats it. If I can do it anyone can. Confirmed its for anyone over 40. Im not one to share this type of personnel info but its an important topic. Please go.
