Ok, Im confused how was it the business of the school if it wasnt done on school property? No where in the article does it allege that the girl was on school property and just because someone is arrested doesnt mean their guilty. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Also, why wasnt a test done on her to ensure she was actually drunk? And if they couldnt prove she had been drinking which it states, that a police officer cleared her, then how the hell can the school take such action? Finally, if the district courts dont have jurisdiction over school decisions then who does? Can someone from Massachusetts answer these questions for me?
