Ok Im looking at saddles and amazed at the knee blocks appearing on dressage saddles . Im maybe abit old fashioned not sure but surely if you are in balance with your horse they should not be required . Yes there are some super saddles out there with minimal blocks but some are just rediculous . Really feel they will encourage riders to balance incorrectly in the saddle . Whats happenned to riding with your seat and core , take stirrups away learn to balance close your eyes ride with your mind and inner balance not with knee blocks to hold you in/on which leads to heavy hands and so on .................. Lunge lessons are so valuable for exactly this , riders in harmony with their horse . No negative comments please but interested in peoples points of views
