Ok, Im on a mission to get healthy in 2014. Not just for me, but for my family too. Ive notice that Im spending a lot of time watching my kids grow up not actively participating in their lives. That has to change. Heres what Im doing...I am going to chronicle the next year of my life here, on Facebook, and eventually through a blog. Im going to talk about my experiences as I transform from a sideline mom to the captain of the team. But Im going to need your help. I need you to fill the stands. Cheer me on. Provide support.
