Ok Peeps....here is the status, Day 12 of my 24 Day Challenge, I have lost 9 lbs. and a total of 8 inches so far. I know it would be more if I was working out, but I have not done that yet. I am feeling better than ever, my body does not hurt anywhere, no joint pain at all, full of energy and vigor. I have not felt this good in nearly 20 years. I will share this with you, all you have to do is ask me. AdvoCare is changing my world for the better.
