Ok...Pep talk. As far as I know, the clan is needing improvement. And I dont just mean for the players that have grinded for 100,000+ exp. We currently have over 100 spots. At the least, we need to keep 10 spots open for new players the can PROVE their worth to the clan. Otherwise, they will be dismissed, regardless what they do for the clan. Heres a list of reasons that prevent us from receiving any good players: 1. Feeders-these players play for one of two reasons: The perks, or just the plain feeling of being in a good plan, and earning new reputation for it. If youre one of these people, I suggest leaving now. Its not helping anyone when you contribute 0%. That shows how loyal you truly are. 2. Alternative accounts-sure, I have two, but these accounts werent made for taking a spot for someone else when they could possible be contributing more. I use them for support; In the end , I donated about 2,000,000 cr and 235 gp. And after, I have them removed. You only need one account. Its no ones business if you keep that account. If you have a second/third/fourth/etc. account in the clan, it doesnt help anyone. 3. Space, space, SPACE. This clan is always full with players. Some try; others dont. The best tactic is to start with the lowest 10-even 20-players. We experiment. These players have 2 weeks to prove their worth by contributing either 100,000exp, or more than others. Otherwise...nice meeting you! 4. Potential-I only have ONE prokill. Believe me, Im not too proud of it. It doesnt always hurt to let a player join, regarding their stats. Who knows? That guy with the .89 k/d, and no prokills at level 47? He could be grinding hardcore mode most of the time! Every player does a different role. I hope you all will come to an understanding.
