Ok, So i made a GREEN SHAKE last night for dinner and i was supprised at the taste. Not Bad! It took some muscleing down but it was all mental. This morning i feel amazing. heres what was in it: Grapes, Chopped Broccoli, Kale, Cilantro leaves, Chopped carrots, Apple, 1/2 cup of Orange juice and a few cubes of Ice. Thier was no secret reciepe i followed...i simple opened my fridge and looked for green veggies to throw in and chose 2 fruits for flavor. Im going to make it a habit to drink 1 a day. (Realistically it blended 2 tall glasses worth. i chugged them both)
