Ok.... This post is very personal and precious. Im sure all my cousins all over the US will all appreciate this sweet event. For those that dont understand you will see a very tender moment between my mom Freda Whitsett who is the oldest of her siblings and her youngest sister my Aunt Annie who has pretty advanced Alzheimers. They have not seen each other in 5 yrs....Aunt Annie is in Connecticut and mom in Ohio. At the beginning of the video when we first arrived Aunt Annie was upset about something and would not look at us. But then she calmed down some and at about the point of :58 you will see the moment Aunt Annie realizes and makes a connection who my mom (her sister) is! Many people with this disease never have these moments of clarity and we were really blessed that it happened for my mom. I just fought back the tears. ...... such a precious moment!
