Ok, This video I highly agree with. Nearly Everyday I have these 5 foods. Maybe a little more than a serving of oatmeal but whatever haha! For building muscle these 5 foods are a MUST. And fairly cheap. 3 Boxes and 2 to 3 cartons of eggs your looking at $15 a week for breakfast rather than swinging past McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts for that coffee and donut for $5 a morning for us less sugar, and horrible source of fat. And in 2 hours youll be hungry again and thats when your day goes down hill and your fatigue by 3 oclock In the after noon.
