Ok Verizon people I need your help! For the past 2 weeks approximately I have not been getting text updates. I only get texts if I had a text from you already but it does not give an alert that I have a new text. I have to physically go in to look to see if I have one. Yes, I have checked the notification center in the settings, I have called Verizon and still it doesnt work and NO I am not getting a new phone yet. Any suggestions? This is a newer replacement phone too after my other one decided to take a hot bath...yes it fell in the tub.
