Ok Wendy Scarlett more pics for you. Yesterdays menu- breakfast- omelette with 3 free range eggs bacon spinach chia seeds. Lunch at Ginger Brown cafe - pumpkin salad with rocket Parmesan pine nuts broccolini. I asked them to leave off the chickpea hummus (dont eat legumes in Lchf) and add some prosciutto. Tea-Jamaican jerk marinated drumsticks recipe in Pete Evans book Family Food. With sweet potato chips with garlic fried in coconut oil, salad leaves with cucumber, carrot. Snack of some nuts in the afternoon, I never get hungry between breakfast and lunch. A couple of coffees, cappuccino with lunch ( some people dont drink cows milk but others do, always full cream milk not low fat). I dont think of food all day cos the fat you eat makes you so satisfied. My kind of diet! Patricia Douglas
