Ok a lot of questions about bananas and Belly fat: Here is my answer: bananas are ok to eat in moderation, maybe 1x a week Why? Bananas are one of the most highest carbohydrates filled fruits, great if you just ran a race and need more carbs, less than 1g protein and highest in calories (89) vs and apple at (50) and has great fiber and pectin although we arent counting calories we must be smart about choosing things that will aid our goals. So they do not cause belly fat any more than a higher calorie food would but in some women they can make you feel boated and feel your belly gas expanded within hours of eating it. Just my thoughts.
