Ok....after many calls, texts and comments...heres my thoughts on the situation. I appreciate everyones concern and could really care less about the rude female officer comments. Those that truely undersrand law enforcement and what our job entails know that things happen. Im not bashing Norwalk reflector news, but the comments section I could live without. They simply do their job..the news. As for the incident, female officer or not I did my job and stayed in the fight!! My department, chief and people like those at Citizens Amb. are why I stay in this community. They are all amazing people and I will always feel blessed to part of the team. If you feel the need to call my cell or leave rude comments about female officers, please do so somewhere else. Im proud of my 15 years service and I will never thrive on negativity. People that know me personally know my strength and my accomplishments. To my family/friends in blue and to the community I love and serve, have a blessed holiday season.
