Ok all, I had to take these pics tonite at one of the gym I train at... To me I dont get these at all... Its a gym and theres going to be noise... What are these placing becoming nowadays. Looks like more cross fit then actually training.., This is my thoughts and my opinion on this... Number one reason my home gym is spiece fitness... Yourll never see these signs there. And they say the reason why the sighns are up is BC for insurance reasons... Idk, if that makes any sense.
