Ok all done!!! Didnt get top 3...judges thought she had a great idea, Thought fresh fruit was a great twist, Said her dough to topping ratio was off, That she needs to mix the toppings up, Dont concentrate on the looks so much. For being only two pastry chefs in competition & only being in school for 7 weeks she did an awesome job!!! Congratulations to my baby (Jessica Mccullah) girl fir having the courage, drive & guts to do this in the first place!!!...GREAT JOB!!!
