Ok breeders I have a question. I have someone that came and bought a puppy from me. I did not know the puppy had an overbite when she took it, my vet didnt even notice it. 1 week later she brings him back sick (diarrhea and throwing up) saying she cant keep him because now hes not breed able. I was understanding and took the puppy back and we both agreed that she would put the money towards a pick of my next litter. Now the litter is here and she is saying she doesnt want a puppy and how she wants her money back because the dad of the litter isnt who she wanted it to be and the moms not tested. Long story short, shes been going on and on through messages. One minute wants a puppy the next shes being rude and criticizing me and saying some of the rudest things Ive ever had a puppy buyer say. Should I still let her get puppy she wanted on trade or what? If money was to be given back she would only get half as we require a non refundable deposit. She is also not ok who that idea. Should we not give her money back because I stuck to my words and she didnt or what? Can send screen shots of messaged if interested.
