Ok, but before I go to bed I have to post a few thoughts..... I am honored and humbled that I get to be a part of helping people change their lives.... literally change them. It sounds so cliche but the simple changes to routines day to day and doing them with others in community yields AMAZING results. I got to experience it in my life, (heck, I still experience it all the time) and it gives me the energy to push through stupid excuses I tell myself so I can exchange them for the things that I actually want in life and that matter to me. And now I get to watch others discover what taking care of themselves means.... how it changes their life and the lives of the people around them. There is not a feeling in the world like knowing that you were able to shine a ray of hope or inspiration into another persons life that changed them. Thank you to all of you who have asked me come along on your journey!
