Ok everyone I need ur help. I need as many participants that I can get for my research project. It is a study to see the effect that certain exercises will have on blood pressure. It will contain a 30-40min session three times a week (on an exercise bike, doing one of two types of exercises) at mount Helen (the university). To meet the criteria is that u have to be a non-smoker and have to do less than 60min of exercise a week. Please I really need ur help, let me know if u are interested and I will give u more info.
