Ok everyone! We have had to change the date on the fundraiser to Tuesday September 23rd. The community center was just not available. Now I have had several people volunteer food! After talking with everyone it looks like chicken sph. and pulled port sandwiches would make a great main dishes with sides of green beans, baked beans, chips, garlic bread and of course desserts!!!!!!! This is who Barb and I have down so far ! Barb-me -to go boxes silver ware banana pudding green beans Tracy Jackson Parker Chick Sph & dessert Brenda Fincher -pulled pork and buns Amanda Laster- Chick Sph & cake Martin Farms 6 dozens cupcakes and a case of water Karen Williams Calhoun Jambalaya and maybe a side Tabitha Chamblee- regular sph for those who do not et chic sph Dianne Paddie Welborn- dessert Stacey Wilbanks Breedlove drinks Stacy Sisco Crumpler -chick sph Becky Green Floyd - Brisket-for pulled pork sandwiches so if you can bring and of the sides or would like to bring a main dish please let us know!!! Just comment below what you can bring green beans baked beans chips garlic bread buns etc...... What we have left we want to load up and sell lunch plates the next day!
