Ok everyone.....a bit of a health scare today that turned out to be, most likely, nothing more that squeemishness. Had an episode while at work where I became faint.....heavy sweating, paleness....all classic signs of heart attack. Went to see my MD a couple hours after the episode, and turns out.....there was no chest pain, nausea, or excelerated heart beat.....no dizziness that might be caused by inner ear disturbance. Turns out the most likely cause was my friends graphic discussion of her brothers cancer surgery to remove his esophigus! An involuntary response....similar to seeing blood making you queezy......plus a bit of a dehydrated state due to mowing my yard in Sundays 85+ humid temps. So anyway, on the eve of my annual visit to Dr. Poke and Prod, Ive found out I need to care for EXTREMELY high blod pressure.....220/102 was the initial reading.......so most likely will become an ex-smoker here in the next few months....God willing!!
