Ok, folks, Crouse and I just finished his birthday dinner. Somethging special he likes - I cooked leg of lamb with mushroom sauce, rice pilaf, baked italian squash and homemade crossants! For dessert I made buttermilk pie (sugar-free of course). Crouse just loved it! Also, he said for me to post a great big thank you to all the folks I go to church with who has wished him "Happy Birthday". He is very appreciative. THANK YOU!
