TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME Grade C1 Armscor Dockyard is offering a two-year employment contract for engineering and financially qualified candidates under its Talent Development Programme. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME This programme aims to provide in-service training to develop new graduates and an opportunity for the successful applicant to be permanently appointed after the two-year training period, should the competency level required be reached and an applicable vacancy become available. POSITIONS AVAILABLE Positions in the following disciplines are available: Electrical and Mechanical Engineers-in-Training Ref. Nr. DY14/3/3 The successful candidates will perform tasks in the Electrical and Mechanical-related engineering workshops and other Dockyard facilities. Financial Accounting Officer-in-training Ref. Nr. DY14/3/4 The successful candidate will perform financial and management accounting tasks. Requirements •Applicable B degree •No experience is needed.
