Today is BMT day! Day 0! Yesterday was tough on little Reid. He had to do his radiation and also get his central line and g-tube replaced. He was pretty out of it with the sedation. Avery was pretty scared yesterday about donating and didnt want them to hurt her back. She eventually got better and prayed last night to be brave. She is going to do great. They are going to take the bone marrow from her hipbone at her lower back. She will be sedated for this, so everything should go smoothly. Well, Reids big day to hopefully continue the journey to get better. We will have the chaplain come say a prayer with our family and Im sure a big team will be in here to witness. It will also be very special since Avery will be able to see her bone marrow being transplanted into Reid. Thank you for all of your prayers and support. #healEB #BeStrong
