Ok, for those of you that dont know this about me Im from Ohio, a place where you say what youre thinking, in whatever tone that comes of your mouth. There is no intention to anger, hurt, upset, embarrass or alienate. Ohioans just feel honesty is the best policy. I have learned since I moved to the south that not everyone likes that directness, I am trying to be better about my delivery, but I will still tell you the facts in a truthful way. Im not sure how much my employer is going to appreciate this as I was just very truthful on our new Innovation website (I did try to curb the sarcasm somewhat). I guess we will see once corporate reads my ideas. Ill keep you posted.
