Ok friends and family....because I know everyone is super shocked and because I respect so many of you and am blessed to call many of you my family in Christ, I want to address the abrupt announcement of my engagement to Shayne Frost! First and fore most....it is well with my soul! I believe God is pleased and centered in this decision! Shayne and I have been in each others lives for a very long time; even dated (in the worldly fashion years ago) and have been courting (if you will) for 10 months. It has been building a friendship and a period of growing that we have chosen to keep private in order to protect and seek to please no one else but The Lord! We have not been hiding sin as a matter of fact our friendship/relationship as been pure and we have made sure, actually God has made sure that safe distance and boundaries have existed in order to keep it that way. Our sole desire is to honor God and we will continue to do so in all ways, for all of our days! I have such an overwhelming joy pouring from my heart and I know that this is what has been spoken into my heart. Even though it has come with full concession and submission to The Lord!!! I am not an impulsive person I am an obedient Christian and I am blessed to hear the voice of The Lord and I know he has aligned so many factors that just makes this feel so right! I appreciate all the love, support and even the concern. I know that I am loved and with love comes protection but I assure everyone.....this is a God thing! That even I am astounded by!!! Once again God has shown up in a mighty way and has ordained a move in my life that I didnt even see coming.....but sometimes thats just how The Lord works, right 😉!?! So praise be to God and my faithfulness is increased by the undeniable move of His mighty hand over my heart and mind! I love all of you and appreciate your blessings❤️
