Ok guys grandpa is getting tied need sleep ,after a great day at physio they want to try and get me to walk ,ok I can do that I think yer ,I told the physio ,I can do every think he could do ,well yes what is that ,he told me my body is twisted my pelvis is not aligned ect so I said I know that ,yep now he gave me a lesson on how to try and straight ,I tried and I looked like John clees walking be hind of a spastic , yep not easy ,retrain my body to walk straight not easy after years of denial with pain and perfect composure now he is going to twist me every way but loose haha ,
